The Newport Harbor Light, also known as the Goat Island Light was built in 1842 and still stands today. It 's located on the north end of Goat Island in the city of Newport, Rhode Island. It's one of my favorite things to paint! This original watercolor painting is approximately 8 x 10 inches, and is matted to fit into an 11 x 14 standard frame.
